As a licensed cosmetologist specializing in Natural Hair Care, I’m committed to providing a high-quality and personalized salon experience. Arrival: Please text upon arrival to be buzzed in. Late Policy: Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be charged a $15 late fee or risk cancellation. No-Call/No-Show Policy: Deposits for no-call/no-show appointments are nonrefundable. After two no-call/no-shows, you will be blocked from booking and must prepay the full service amount to reschedule. Guest Policy: No guests or children are allowed during your appointment. This helps maintain a calm, focused, and professional environment. Deposits: A 30% nonrefundable deposit is required when booking. If you need to reschedule, the deposit can be applied to a future service if the change is made at least 24 hours in advance. Add-Ons & Consultations: Styling add-ons are available at an additional cost and listed in the booking section. Consultations are required for all Microloc, Loc Extension, Loc Reattachment, or Loc Repair services. Your appointment will not be confirmed until the consultation is completed. Additional Services: • Same-day appointments may be available at my discretion and will include an additional fee. • Late-hour appointments can be arranged via text and are subject to an additional charge. • Travel services are available for seniors and clients with disabilities, also for an added fee. CANCELLATION POLICY
Thank you for choosing Locd by Nneka. I’m honored to be a part of your natural hair journey and am committed to providing a high-quality, personalized salon experience. To ensure fairness and efficiency for all clients, please review the following cancellation policy: Cancellations & Rescheduling: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of your 30% nonrefundable deposit. Reschedules made within the 24-hour window may allow the deposit to be transferred to a future service. Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, a $15 late fee will be charged. Depending on the schedule, your appointment may need to be canceled. No-Call/No-Show: Clients who fail to show up without notice will lose their deposit. After two no-call/no-show occurrences, you will be blocked from booking online and must prepay the full service cost to secure future appointments.
